I am applying to join the Malta Mediterranean Academy of Culture, Technology and Trade as a supporting member.

I accept the Statute of the NGO and have taken note of the privacy policy on the website www.mactt.org and authorize the use of my personal data for the institutional activities of the NGO.

I will be awarded the title of “supporting member” of the Academy and “Cultural Correspondent”. In this regard, he will deliver the attached “member” card, complete the required documents and pay the donation fee, minimum of € .100.00 per year, by bank transfer to the account of the Mediterranean Academy of Culture, Technology and Trade: MT63VALL22013000000040022389581 – Swift Code: VALLMTMT, further declares that:

• Never been convicted of any offence
• Never been adjudged bankrupt
• Never been subject to an investigation by a governmental, professional or other regulatory or statutory body
• Never been a director / shareholder or manager of a business entity which has been the subject of an investigation as aforesaid, or which has been adjudged bankrupt, compulsory wound up or has made any compromise or arrangement with its creditors.
• I undertake not to engage in competitive activities to those carried out by the MACTT and to work together to achieve the aims of the NGO.
